  • Fry the cumin seeds for 30 seconds.

  • Add crimson chillies, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

  • Add the minced mutton.

  • Combine nicely.

  • Drain the dal and add to the pan.

  • Add salt and stir to combine nicely.

  • Scale back flame and canopy the pan with a lid.

  • When the dal is cooked, change off the flame and switch the combination to a big mixer jar.

  • Add the fried onions and coriander leaves.

  • Grind to a rough combination.

  • Switch to a big bowl.

  • Make small balls of this combination and flatten them evenly.

  • Break the egg right into a bowl and beat it evenly.

  • Dip the kebab patties within the egg.

  • Warmth oil in a shallow pan over medium flame.

  • Shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown.

  • Take away and drain extra oil.

  • Serve with mint chutney or ketchup.
