  • 600 ml Lukewarm Water
  • as per style Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Sugar
  • handful Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 1 1/2 tblsp Lemon Juice

  • To make the madras curry sauce, warmth oil over medium flame.

  • Add the ginger, garlic and sambar onions. Saute for two to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Add the curry leaves, crimson chilli powder, cumin powder and turmeric powder.
